Willingham's General Dry Rub

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- freshly ground
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon mild chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon citric acid
- powdered (Ever-Fresh)
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Step 2 Store in a cool dark place.
