White Mountain Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoons Cold water
- 2 1/2 cups Heavy cream
- 3 Egg
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Confectioner's sugar
- 1 tablespoon Powdered gelatin
- 2 cups Crushed sweetened strawberries
Directions
- Step 1 Beat eggs and sugar until light, add gelatin which has been softened in the cold water and dissolved over boiling water. Stir in the milk, add vanilla, cream (to which salt has been added), whipped until stiff, in an ice cold bowl.
- Step 2 Press strawberries through a sieve, sweeten and stir into mixture.
- Step 3 Freeze.
