Spiced Tenderloin Steaks

Rub for tenderloins
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 each 6 oz 1
Directions
- Step 1 Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl.
- Step 2 (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Store in airtight container.)
- Step 3 Prepare grill (high heat). Rub spice mixture generously into both sides of steaks.
- Step 4 Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
