Smoked Beans /Uses Pork and Beans

Ingredients
- 1 large can pork and beans
- 1/2 pound pork barbeque
- shredded
- 1 green bell pepper
- chopped
- 1 red bell pepper
- chopped
- 2 jalapenos
- seeded and chopped
- 1 large Vidalia onion
- chopped
- 4 stalks celery
- chopped
- 3/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared brown mustard
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 shakes hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 bottle beer
Directions
- Step 1 Mix ingredients in a sturdy aluminum pan or an old pot–don’t use your wife’s favorite as it will get black.
- Step 2 Smoke beans for about 6 hrs. (or until the ribs are done).
