Rocky Mountain Yodelers' Beans/ Green Beans

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion
- chopped
- 1 green pepper
- chopped
- 16 ounces kidney beans
- drained
- 16 ounces pinto beans
- drained
- 16 ounces green beans
- drained
- 16 ounces butter beans
- drained
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup Mr. Brown
- (crust), chopped
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/8 cup cayenne pepper sauce
Directions
- Step 1 Partially fry up the bacon and reserve 2 Tbs. of the drippings and sauté‚ the chopped onion and green pepper.
- Step 2 Add the rest of the ingredients to a large pot and mix well, being careful not to mash the beans.
- Step 3 Cover the pot and simmer slowly for approximately one hour, stirring occasionally.
