Ray's Dry Rub with Fennel

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon powdered oregano
Directions
- Step 1 Combine all ingredients and blend well.
- Step 2 Sprinkle on your meats and then thoroughly rub into the meat.
- Step 3 Let stand several hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
