Ray's Dry Rub with Fennel

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • firmly packed
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon powdered oregano
Directions
  • Step 1 Combine all ingredients and blend well.
  • Step 2 Sprinkle on your meats and then thoroughly rub into the meat.
  • Step 3 Let stand several hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
