Ingredients
  • 1 gallon Ziploc bag
  • 2 cleaned pheasant
  • 1 18 oz bottle Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
  • Step 1 Add all ingredients in Ziploc bag and let marinate for a day or two.
  • Step 2 Three days would not hurt.
  • Step 3 Place on smoker until done.
