Cole Slaw Dressing with Horseradish

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • shredded cabbage
Directions
  • Step 1 Blend ingredients thoroughly and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
  • Step 2 Use 1 cup of dressing for each 8 ounces of shredded cabbage, about 1/2 a small head or 2 cups.
  • Step 3 Dressing can be refrigerated for up to a month.
