Mud Pie with instant coffee

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Instant Coffee
- 3 tablespoons Kahlua
- 1 Q Chocolate Ice Cream
- 8 ounces Frozen Whipped Topping
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 Chocolate - Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- (melted)
Directions
- Step 1 Dissolve instant coffee in Kahlua.
- Step 2 Add ice cream, 1/2 of the whipped topping and the pecans.
- Step 3 Mix well and pour into pie crust. Freeze four hours.
- Step 4 Top with remaining whipped topping and drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
- Step 5 Freeze four hours.
- Step 6 Keep frozen till ready to serve.
