Lemonade Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- split
- 1 1/4 cups catsup
- 1 can frozen lemonade
- thawed, undiluted (6 oz.)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
Directions
- Step 1 Mix together catsup, lemonade, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, corn oil and onion. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
- Step 2 Place chicken over hot coals on grill, skin side up, about 8″ from heat. Cook, basting frequently and turning several times, about 25-30 minutes, or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
