Jack's Turkey Burger - Needs your favorite rub

Ingredients
- 2 pounds minced raw turkey thigh meat
- no skin
- 3 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
- 1 tablespoon of Poultry dry rub
- 1 tablespoon minced onions
Directions
- Step 1 Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.
- Step 2 In a large mixing bowl combine turkey meat with first 6 ingredients.
- Step 3 Mix thoroughly and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- Step 4 When ready to grill, form into large patties and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until done.
- Step 5 Make sure turkey mixture is cold before grilling.
