Grilled Chicken Kebobs

Ingredients
- 8 wooden or metal skewers
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut in cubes
Directions
- Step 1 Soak wooden skewers for 20 minutes water.
- Step 2 Mix everything together and soak chicken cubes for 30 minutes. Divide chicken into 6 to 8 equal part and put on skewers.
- Step 3 Grill 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink
