Garlic-Red Pepper Marinade

Use with meats, poultry, fish and shellfish
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Safflower oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Garlic
- minced
- 3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions
- Step 1 Combine all the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
- Step 2 Use or cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
- Step 3 Makes 1 1/4 cups.
