Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup onion salt
  • 6 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons celery salt
  • 1/3 cup chili powder
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 3 tablespoons course ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fine ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions
  • Step 1 Combine all ingredients using a shifter. Makes enough to cover two briskets. Freeze rub not being used in a couple of weeks, will last several months in the freezer
