Dan Green's Sauce For Pork

Ingredients
- 3 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Tarragon Vinegar
- 1 each Medium onion
- minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne
- 1 tablespoon Garlic salt
Directions
- Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
- Step 2 Allow to cool down to room temperature.
- Step 3 Brush the mixture on the pork during the final phase of cooking
- Step 4 if using indirect heat, you may use it a mop.
