Brine for Rotisserie Chicken - with Brown Sugar

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
Directions
  • Step 1 Mix all ingredients, heat to insure combined well. Let cool, then brine chickens for at least 4 hours
  • Step 2 After the brine, washed meat off and rub on a nice coat of Paprika and ground black pepper.
  • Step 3 You may use a the Weber rotisserie at about 350F for around 2 hours, until it reads 155 to 160F internal.
  • Step 4 Take them off and let them sit around (covered) for 20 minutes and eat.
