Black Velvet Beef Roast

Ingredients
- 1 beef roast
- 2 cups water
- 3 teaspoons beef base
- 5 teaspoons fiesta chili powder
- 4 sh black velvet whiskey
- 1 teaspoon caynenne
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
- Step 1 Simmer ingredients other than beef together and let cool. Inject mixture into roasts.
- Step 2 Coated roasts in olive oil then sprinkled Hot chili powder and beef seasoning salt all over.
- Step 3 Wrap and refrigerated for 24 hours .
- Step 4 Will mop with same as injection mixture,but will add a little more oil to it.
- Step 5 Smoke these with apple and mesquite wood.
