Red wine vinegar and soy sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups salad oil
  • olive oil, or mix the two
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
Directions
  • Step 1 repare this marinate at least 6 hours in advance of use and always marinate meat for 6 -8 hours or overnight.
  • Step 2 Baste during the grilling/smoking process.
  • Step 3 Mop it on before serving
