Big John's Marinade

Red wine vinegar and soy sauce
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups salad oil
- olive oil, or mix the two
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Step 1 repare this marinate at least 6 hours in advance of use and always marinate meat for 6 -8 hours or overnight.
- Step 2 Baste during the grilling/smoking process.
- Step 3 Mop it on before serving
