Beef Marinade

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Consommé or 1 cup beef bouillon
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • sliced
  • 1 cup garlic
  • minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
  • Step 1 Put ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. For marinated and grilled steak: Score steak on both sides in 1-1/2″ squares.
  • Step 2 Marinate for 8 hrs. in refrigerator.
  • Step 3 Grill to desired degree of doneness.
  • Step 4 Slice across grain into thin slices.
