Beef Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 cup Consommé or 1 cup beef bouillon
- 1 cup red wine
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup green onions
- sliced
- 1 cup garlic
- minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- Step 1 Put ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. For marinated and grilled steak: Score steak on both sides in 1-1/2″ squares.
- Step 2 Marinate for 8 hrs. in refrigerator.
- Step 3 Grill to desired degree of doneness.
- Step 4 Slice across grain into thin slices.
