Basic Chimichurri

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup onion
- finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Aji pepper
- ground
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Mix it all up and let it rest for a few hours to develop flavor
