Avocado Salsa Cruda

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup avocado
- finely diced
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- peeled
- 1/2 cup red onion
- diced
- 1/4 cup jalapeno
- finely diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper
- finely diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- chopped
- 1/8 tablespoon sugar
- salt
Directions
- Step 1 Chop each vegetable by hand or with food processor.
- Step 2 Mix together in a non-aluminum bowl.
- Step 3 Add the sugar and salt to taste. Adjust the seasonings if necessary.
- Step 4 Let the salsa sit for at least 1 hr. Stir well before serving.
