Beef Satay Marinade

Ingredients
- One lemon
- juice of
- 2 centiliters garlic
- crushed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon nuoc cham
Directions
- Step 1 Marinate thinly sliced meat (like flank) for several hours.
- Step 2 Put on skewers and grill over hot coals until browned.
- Step 3 Goes well with hot mustard, peanut sauce or nuoc cham (that’s cham–not nam).
