Spicy Peppered Steaks

Ingredients
  • 6 each sirloin steaks
  • 4 teaspoons whole peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup bottled steak sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
  • Step 1 Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin.
  • Step 2 Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook
  • Step 3 Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste.
