Author’s note:  I prepare my lamb chops in a 2 step process, first grill them with a little olive oil and seasoning, then put them in a bread crumb mixture with rosemary and other herbs, salt/pepper and finish in a smoker.  Remove from heat at 125 degrees, wrap in foil for at least 10 minutes, slice and serve
