Doctor Dolan's Barbecue Rub

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup garlic salt
- 1/4 cup onion salt
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 3 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 2 teaspoons MSG
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- ground
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- dried
- 1/2 teaspoon summer savory
- dried
Directions
- Step 1 Combine all the ingredients in a sifter and sift to blend well. Store in air-tight container.
- Step 2 Use on beef, lamb, pork, chicken, or fish.
